Email support@ebooks4success.com with the buyer's name, purchase email, approximate purchase date, product or package purchased, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card details by email.

When a merchant-of-record or payment processor handled the sale, the refund may need to be requested or processed through that provider. Refunds remain subject to the provider's transaction records, procedures, buyer terms, and applicable law. The provider may contact the buyer for verification.

4. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times vary, so the credit may not appear immediately after approval.

5. Abuse and Fraud
